In 2012, a developer enlisted our expertise for a remarkable project – a new 10,000+ sq ft luxury residence with breathtaking views of the Gower coastline. The client demanded meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.

After extensive consultations, Niko Home Control emerged as the chosen solution for controlling lighting and heating systems. From planning to design and installation, we meticulously handled every aspect of the project, ensuring that the final system was seamlessly integrated and met the highest standards of excellence. The specification included:
